Education

Bridge School

Inside the brothels of GB Road, a generation of children grow up with no school to call their own. Our Bridge School meets them where they are — first with crayons and stories, then with structured curriculum, then with the confidence to step into a mainstream school. Every child gets books, uniforms, daily meals, and steady, patient mentors who stay for years, not weeks.

Livelihoods

Heartshala & Maitri Meals

Heartshala is our skills studio; Maitri Meals is the kitchen that turns those skills into income. Women learn stitching, embroidery, cooking, baking and packaging — and then immediately fulfil orders from offices, weddings, and corporate kitchens. The point is not training for someday. The point is a salary, this month.

Rehabilitation

Dream Village

Dream Village is for women ready for the next chapter. It is a safe, residential community where mothers can raise their children, learn to manage money, run a small business, and remember what it feels like to plan for next year. It is not a shelter — it is a home, and it is theirs.

Wellbeing

Kat-Kalrav

Trauma does not heal by being told to move on. Kat-Kalrav is our wellbeing program: counsellors, art therapy, movement work, and gentle group sessions that help women process what they have carried for years. We run it with qualified mental-health professionals and with patience as our biggest tool.

Trust building

Field Project

Everything we do begins with the Field Project. Our team is in the brothels every week — not handing out forms, just showing up. We listen, we sit with women, we walk children to school, we mediate with brothel managers when something is unfair. Trust, on GB Road, is not given. It is earned, slowly, in years.

Allyship

Empower

Empower is the bridge from us to the rest of the city. We partner with companies, hotels, salons and ateliers to place women into real jobs with real pay and real respect. We support employers through onboarding so the transition holds — for the woman, and for the workplace.
